1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using our applications, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the application. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application on Apple devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the App Store Usage Rules.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

• Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID account.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your account settings.
• You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Distrito SLU and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Distrito SLU, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
